Two teams of four.
Scoring is completed reps of kettle bell swings and Abmat situps per round while other team pushes sled.
Each team member pushes the sled 100 feet while the others jog alongside.
Opposing team performs swings and situps, but only two on a team can do either exercise at one time.
First and third rounds use the low handle on the sled. The second round uses the high handle.
